I bought a used vacuum from an estate sale and it ended up smelling like wet dog hair. Yuck Ordered the 4700d filter. Originally the company sent the wrong filter to me by accident. I totally thought I would never be helped. I shot them an email right away, and to my surprise it went smooth. They were so kind and apologetic, and sent me the correct one immediately. We are human, we all make mistakes, this company owned up to it and gave me GREAT customer service. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.
