I bought this steam cleaner less than a year ago . One of the clamps on the floor brush kept popping off so I telephoned the euroflex 800 number on 1-23-13 for replacement parts and was advised that it was no longer in production and no parts were available so now I am stuck with a steamer and no way to keep the cleaning rag on the head. DO NOT BUY THIS STEAM CLEANER. They are selling you something that you cannot get parts for.
