I had this horribly long sales pitch at my house talking about the Filter Queen. My husband actually had to ask him to leave at 11PM. He kept having to show me the "value" - man, I saw the value, but he wouldn't give me a price. Finally he did - it was something like 2K. Not happening!! That said - I saw the value and wanted one!! Found a refurbished one on Amazon and I'm thrilled. It's not getting 5 starts because it's a pain in the butt to use, but my house is cleaner - it really sucks (in a good way)!
