My ex-roomie bought a roomba a couple years ago, but quickly lost interest in it. He sold it to me for $20 because it wouldn't run for more than 5 minutes. I checked the online manual for the roomba and decided it just needed a new battery. So for 150% of the price I paid for the device itself I got a new battery. Installed in 5 minutes and now we have an awesome automatic vacuum cleaner and cat-terrorizer. This battery is definitely worth the price and comes in cheaper than the "Official" battery.
