After using this vacuum for 5 days, the plastic "hinges" that hold the cloth bag compartment to the vacuum failed. They are plastic and simply broke while I was vacuuming blowing the bottom of the bag (and dirt) back to my feet. The bag is no longer reattachable to the body of the vacuum.I was just starting to fill up my second bag of dirt! Not a very long run for a "commercial" vacuum.I have contacted the seller through Amazon. We will see what they can do. In the meantime I have ordered a replacement part through another company. I could not find a replacement part that was metal. I am sad because I really liked the performance of this vacuum.If the bag could stay attached to the vacuum head, this vacuum would be fantastic. I love the brush height adjustment and the large wheels make the vacuum very easy to push and turn. It seems very well balanced. It bruishes up my carpet and is very good at picking up the short white dog hairs I have all over the house!
