I purchased 15 of these units on the recommendation of our local vacuum representative in hopes that we had finally found a reliable and durable commercial vacuum for a reasonable price. Boy was I wrong!I have had nearly half of the units stop working after 15 minutes of continuous use and refuse to turn back on unless they were unplugged and plugged back in. This is quite annoying when it happens over and over to professional cleaning staff that need equipment that is reliable and works when needed.I have seen failure after failure of these units and am frustrated beyond belief. If it had been one unit with a fluke situation I would be understanding about this, but seriously?I am NOT interested in purchasing anything with the HOOVER name on it any time soon!!!Grr....
