5.0 out of 5 starsAfter a year, great machine!December 15, 2009
By Mr. Pizza

I've cleaned a number of floors and auto interiors. No problems so far, no leaks, great suction. You have to remember this is NOT a commercial unit and must be treated as such. Be aware and careful handling both tanks, don't run it into walls and you should be fine. I can note that I cleaned one exceptionally filthy office floor carpet and had incredible results. I did have to use six tanks of cleaner using laundry detergent in the mix on a 12'X 12' room but the results were nothing short of dramatic. The machine pulled out what looked like mud water in the collection tank and after about the 4th pass it was relatively clear. This is not a quiet machine but that is not an issue with me, results are. It's about as heavy as a full size vacuum sweeper. The only cons that I can really note is that it is loud, and I wish the tanks were a bit larger in capacity. I can highly recommend this product with no hesitation and would purchase another if need be.

4.0 out of 5 starsLeifheit 11402 Carpet SweeperDecember 23, 2011

Received my sweeper this week and tried it right away. First thing I noticed upon opening the package was that it comes with no ownership papers. However, upon reading the box (Mostly in German), I determined that there is a 3 year warranty on the product, so keep your receipt and your box.I used it right away on my carpet. Works great on carpeting (middle setting). You can set the height setting for floors vs carpeting. I noticed that it didn't do as well for my linoleum floor in my kitchen (lowest setting). Missed some crumbs, etc. but if you go over it several times, it will eventually pick it up.Since I basically got it for carpet, in case I have no electricity, I was very pleased with its performance and I can always sweep my floor with a broom or dust mop.

Great sweeper! Has 3 different settings, easy to empty, picks up everything, even hair. The handle is steel, screws together, very durable. This sweeper costs a little more, but is top-of-the line and well worth it.

The hose arrived relatively quickly.Be aware that the hose is for both the plug-in and direct connection setups. Default configuration is the plug-in pigtail, but there is a bag in the box that has the equipment to convert to direct connection. It is relatively straightforward to do the conversion and you really didn't need tools.

5.0 out of 5 starsWorks! But crumbles eventuallyJune 12, 2008
By M. Woolf

I found one of these in a fabric store years ago and am still using it. It definitely works. I could make a new cat from all the fur this thing has picked up over the years. I think of it as an "eraser" - it works like one. Perfect for upholstered things and clothes. A few swipes or swirls, if fur deposit is heavy, and the area is fur free. I've never rinsed mine. I just pull the collected hair off with my fingers. But after a while, the Gonzo starts to break down a bit and crumble. Mind you, this is after a long while. Like I said, I've had mine for years and am just now thinking about replacing it. I almost gave it 4 stars because of the crumbling, but that would be silly - after 6 years, the darn thing ought to crumble. I think it's brilliant.

5.0 out of 5 starsroboking/hom bot squareFebruary 6, 2013
By Bonita L. Clark
Amazon Verified Purchase

I got tired of waiting for the US version as i needed a new vacuum. I went on ebay and ordered the Roboking which is the korean version of the hom bot square. Aside from the buttons being in korean i was able to get an english Manuel. I can tell you this vacuum is amazing. I have tried every robot vac on the global market. It cleans corners and edges amazingly well. it rarely touches anything in your home such as walls and furniture. The vac dose not vacuum randomly like the roomba and never misses a spot. I have been using this daily for a week and love the vac. It picks up dust and dirt on tile, carpet, and hard wood floors well. the best part of all it returns to its base without spending 20 min hunting for the charger and then dying before making it back to charge. I have only found it stuck once. It dose fall prey to all the normal problems of a regular Manual vac such as having to move some furniture. so it is not 100% automated as you need to move some furniture and dust ruffles on the bed so it wont think they are a solid object and will be able to clean under the bed. Buy this vac and have the freedom of a daily vacuumed house. By the way the dust bin can go about 3 days before needing to be emptied, but then my carpets are unusually dirty as i found my old oreck vac wasn't really vacuuming anything.

5.0 out of 5 starsI LOVE this product!!July 8, 2008
By I.Palmer

I have done a lot of research on different steam mops. I looked at prices and read hundreds of reviews and finally settled on the H2O Steam Mop.When it came I tested it on every floor surface in my home including ceramic tile, wood floors, and vinyl flooring. What I found was that it works very well on most floors. Wood...eh...it was okay, but on my old-fashioned, textured vinyl it was AMAZING! I live in an old home and I haven't replaced the hallway vinyl flooring yet, which I hate because I have to get down on my hands and knees to scrub in the nooks and crannies (which really collect grime). This mop, when used properly and slowly, cleaned the floor so well it looks almost new! Ceramic tile, also great. It even cleaned the grout. My floors look better than they have in a looong time.I have 2 big dogs, a daughter with lots of friends, and a small pool in the backyard. I own one of those "spray-and-mop" products and it is fine for quick cleaning (several times a day!) but it leaves a film on the vinyl floor, especially used over and over. This steam cleaner uses only water so there are no chemicals, no bucket to fill, and it thoroughly cleans without leaving any residue. With a busy life and no great love for constant cleaning, this steam cleaner makes my life soooo much easier.I have read reviews that say this type of mop is junk and it doesn't work well, but as far as ease of use and level of cleaning ability I think it is well worth the money. It does leave some water on the floor, but no more than a regular mop. I would highly recommend this steam mop for anyone with kids, pets, and/or high traffic areas. I don't know how I survived this long without it!

4.0 out of 5 starsOdd BallSeptember 21, 2012
By James M. Cook Jr.
Amazon Verified Purchase

back about 10 years ago I bought the very first dyson when they first hit the market spent some where around $900 for it, And loved it. In fact I still have it and it works just as good now as the day i bought it from sears. My Mother also loves it, and how easy it is to clean. So I decided to buy myself the DC25 and give her my orginal DC.Pros on the new DC25: It's smaller and the attachment actually stay on the vacuum so no more lost attachments. It does everything my old DC did, and the suction on it is good, but seems a little less then my older DC. (after researching I found that the smalled DC do have a little less suction.)Cons: the odd ball thing, it's like trying to steer a wheel barrel with one handle. The animal attachment doesn't have a click on stop on the vacuum itself so you have to keep up with it, and lastly the cord. Dyson is wonderiful because they give you a extra long cord on all their vacuums so that you can clean the whole house without having to plug and unplug in each room, the down side is you're fighitng with that cord the whole time. I love the long cord but wish it was retrackable or something.all in all, i like the DC25 but, if i had it to do again I think i would have when with the DC28, there's no odd ball and it gets a little more suction. (plus it's only $10 more)

5.0 out of 5 starsThis TRULY has better performance than my Dyson!October 27, 2012
By Marty GillisTOP 500 REVIEWERVINE™ VOICE
Amazon Vine™ Review(What's this?)

Of all 3 vacuums I currently own, the Bissell Trilogy Bagless is BY FAR the best performing unit. I am comparing it to both my Dyson Root 8 Cyclone and my lower end Dirt Devil Power Reach Pet. (surprisingly, the Dirt Devil power reach vac at under $100 bucks was my "go to" vacuum as it just worked better than the Dyson overall)SO is this Bissell as good as the much more expensive Dyson? Can it really stand up? Being the sole cleaner in my household I am going to give you my honest appraisal so please read on!First of all, the Bissell's sheer suction power visibly removes more dirt and debris with much less work. The Dyson requires going over and over a section as much as 3 or 4 times to do what the Bissell will accomplish in 1 or two passes at the very most. This is quite impressive considering the Dyson costs more than 3 times the price of this Bissell Trilogy. Getting rid of the dirt is very simple with their "easy empty" dirt cup. Parts come off and snap back with authority. No worries about it falling apart in the process. As with most bagless vacuums, you DO need to periodically clean the filter but that too is easy with no degree in rocket science required. The Trilogy is built very well as far as plastic vacuums go. It feels solid, not wobbly and has a comforting engine roar that while loud, sounds smooth and powerful. (and it IS) The attachments are very good. They attach easily (unlike my Dyson which has broken twice just using and removing the attachments) Both the Turbo Brush and Contour Tool are useful and fully functional. I tried the Turbo on a sofa and the results were fantastic. The attachment hose is built well and works perfectly. I can not comment on the spray cleaner that is included as I avoid using chemicals when I clean. (just diluted bleach water usually for floors) The cord is more than long enough and not some thin cheapo either. All in all it's nice to have a vacuum that I am confident can withstand some pretty heavy use and perform at this level.Speaking of confidence, this Bissell comes with a full 3 year warranty in a day and age where 90 day warranties are the norm. NICE!If I had one thing to wish for with this Bissell it would be for a headlight. A nice LED array would help quite a bit but at this price and with this level of vacuuming performance I suppose you can't have everything and still keep the price point low.I live in a very large home with about 2650 feet of wall to wall carpeting that provides me with plenty of work each week and a very good way to evaluate vacuums. Our hallway runs the entire length of the home and has about the same traffic levels so by doing one half with the Dyson and one with the Bissell I could easily see which one picked up the most dirt and how easily it was to accomplish this. Both the Bissell and the Dirt Devil push pretty easily with the Dyson taking a bit more effort. As I stated earlier in this review, the Bissell removes VISIBLY more dirt than my other vacuums, easily besting the Dyson and getting at least 25% more out of the carpets and more quickly. If you live in an area with a lot of dust, dirt or sand, or have pets, you could do a lot worse than this Bissell trilogy. It TRULY sucks big time. (but in a good way)It is very cost effective, works great and comes with that nice 3 year warranty. With money being so tight these days, this is a great value and gets an honest recommendation from Marty G.

I use this vacuum at work, and I am terribly impressed. It doesn't smell bad, it works extremely well, the cord is super-long, and it doesn't get clogged. I use it every day to vacuum every rug in a school, and it's still doing well. I have absolutely no complaints.
