Bought this for a rental property about a month ago. It's very light in weight and easy to carry from floor to floor. Because of it's light weight, it seems to "glide" along the top of the carpet but does in fact seem to have good suction. It feels like no other vacuum cleaner I have ever owned (a dozen others). After receiving the vacuum, I realized there are NO ACCESSORIES at all. Nothing, zip. There is no height adjustment - not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing. In fact, the design is so basic, there is no release button or foot pedal to release the handle. You just place your foot on the base and tilt the handle down in position - weird. I guess time will tell whether this was a good purchase or not. I'm leaving 3 stars because of no accessories and the no-frills design.
