Is someone knocking off Royal brand vacuum cleaners? I cannot believe that the Royal SR30020 Lexon 20 is really a Royal vacuum. After having owned 2 Royal vacuums and using them both for years, I had to buy a new one because I couldn't get a part for the my old one. This one is a plastic nightmare. It arrived with pieces falling off of it and would not start up. Clearly this one is defective, and I can't tell you how the engine is because the power button doesn't work. I'm pretty sure that I can get a suitable replacement at Sears or Kmart, for a third of the cost, but what I really want is a powerful little cannister just like my old Royal vacuum and i don't believe there is anything comparable on the market.
