I just bought this vacuum today (old cheap one pooped out) and after just one use am amazed (and a bit grossed out) at how much dirt was in the bag. I haven't used any of the attachments yet but am really liking (as much as you can like a vacuum) this one so far. It is very easy to push and is much quieter than my old one. I didn't buy it from Amazon but was just looking to see what others thought about it and was surprised there were no reviews. I have no idea how long this model has been available but I would absolutely recommend it. My only caveat is that I bought mine from a local independent vacuum retailer in my home town (Stark's Vacuum in Portland OR) and paid $199.95. On top of the low price they gave me a $20 additional attachment (The Power Paw) for free. I usually find Amazon's prices to be the best so was surprised to see such a difference. Anyway, I will post again (if I remember in a few months) after I've used some of the attachments.
