this is a nice extractor bought mine from the factory direct 599.00 came with tool,& a wand ships in 2 boxes took 4 days to recieve it. puts the rug doctor to shame took mine back & bought this . great for a room @ a time cleaning / car cleaning . would not try to run a carpet cleaning shop with this alone,but,would make a nice addition to any shop 2 tanks per room / 1 tank per 8 stair case
