I had owned a Kenmore Progressive for 12 years before it died. I actually went out to buy another until I felt the weight of the machine. (going upstairs not fun) So, found this at a local shop. LOVE that is not rattling your brains with noise as you are vacuuming, that is is easy to push, simple to run. You have the option of running the brush motor and wand separately or together. However, I HATE that I have to unwrap the entire cord to vacuum. if they would have just made a little flip down lever I would have gave it 5 stars.
