Got this as a xmas gift for my wife.Easy assembly but unit would not stay powered on.When i plugged it in the first time the unit must have been in the on position so when i hit the power button to power off it would not power back up.Called Haan and was told to press the power button fifteen times until the switch was BROKEN IN.Unit did finally power on but the same trouble remained.Luckily the vendor was able to exchange it out for a new unit and now everything is ok..Haan customer support sucks as they wanted me to pay shipping to send send a defective unit back to them.I don't think so......So be warned if you have a problem..Otherwise it is a nice sleek unit that cleans well and leaves floor pretty dry,,
