I have used Hoover vacuums and have ALWAYs been very satisfied with them. I currently also have a Hoover WindTunnel PAWS and it is phenomenal. I was thinking the Whole Home would have to be just as good or better. I was wrong. when it is working...which is about 50 % of the time..it is great. But the belt comes off of the brush roll every other use. I have had the vacuum for 1 month and i have had to disassemble the head and reattach the brush roller belt 5 times!maybe mine is just a lemon.... but I cannot advise anyone to purchase this vacuum
