I have had this cleaner for over a year now, and it really does a nice job on those little rug stains you find after the company leaves, or the ones brought in on your feet, and even does a nice job on the upholstery. What I most like is that the pick-up is powerful enough to leave very little moisture behind. I usually apply my cleaner (I use a Melaleuca product), and extract it. Then I do a rinse and extract it (can be a hand applied rinse). After that I blot with paper towels. I have two white couches, and there has never been a "cleaning line", so I am VERY pleased to use my good little cleaner whenever it is needed!
