I work at a hotel and we have these vacuums. I don't work in housekeeping, but had the chance to use one one day and since I needed a new vacuum, though I'd give this one a try for myself at home. I ordered it, it was shipped right away and arrived at my door in just a couple days - lightning fast shipping! So far, I love it! It pushes so incredibly smooth and practically pulls itself so it feels like you're hardly pushing it at all. It has a lot of neat features: a nice long cord. In my small house, I don't even have to change plugs until I go to vacuum the basement. It lays flat so that it's very easy to vacuum underneath tables and chairs, etc. It has on-board attachments that come in handy and are ready to go - no connecting a hose and digging out attachments. They're right there ready to go when you are. There is a dial on the front that allows you to adjust the height of the vacuum depending on the type of carpet you are vacuuming. All in all, it's a more simple vacuum, but it is high quality and well-made. I'm sure I will get plenty of good use out of it over the years.
