The hose material appears lighter than the original; I am concerned this will wear out faster than the original, however this may be better because the stiffness of the old one may have contributed to it's cracking... time will tell.The connector end does not fit our AirVac electric beater attachment tube; the plug end for the power connector does not line up properly; we have to plug the power cord in separately (disappointing because the website says this fits ALL AirVac in-house systems). The switch is supposed to toggle between ON for the beater; OFF; and ON for just air. This does not work as described; it's just ON or OFF, the third position stays OFF.Otherwise it works w/ our system.
